Performing Arts & Recreation Centre
After
many years of planning, budgeting, wishing and hoping ........ the much awaited
Eastbourne "stadium" is almost a reality!!!
The
huge Performing Arts and recreation Centre is nearing completion - ready for the
2007 school year.
It is basically a full size basketball stadium, but will also include facilities which will allow it to be a magnificent Performing Arts centre and also a comfortable assembly hall for whole school meetings and functions.
No longer
will whole school assemblies need to be cancelled due to inclement weather. No
longer will the Physical Education need to work within the confines of our Multi
Purpose room. No longer will we need to use the halls of neighbouring schools to
stage our annual musical or the end of year Grade 6 Graduation function.
Our NEW state of the art Performing Arts and Recreation Centre is going to greatly enhance many programs and events at Eastbourne.
We
